4.4 All funds deposited into your 789e account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.5 789e does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 789e bears no responsibility.
4.6 789e reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. This processing time applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 789e account. 789e does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.4 Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalized.
5.5 789e reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.
5.6 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared, wagered funds may be withdrawn.
5.7 In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 789e reserves the right to reclaim such funds regardless of whether they have been wagered.

11.3 789e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 789e's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
